Fotoğraf erişimi
Palet, iOS'un fotoğraf izniyle galerine erişir. Bu erişim; fotoğrafları renk, içerik ve benzerliğe göre düzenlemek, koleksiyonlar oluşturmak ve senin onayınla silme, gizleme ya da albüm oluşturma işlemleri için kullanılır. İzni istediğin zaman iOS Ayarlar › Palet › Fotoğraflar bölümünden değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilirsin.
Cihazda yapılan analiz
Renk paleti, öğe tanıma, benzerlik, netlik, estetik puan ve ekran görüntülerindeki yazıların okunması Apple'ın cihaz içi teknolojileriyle telefonunda yapılır. Analiz sonuçları yalnızca uygulamanın kendi klasöründe saklanır ve uygulamayı sildiğinde tamamen silinir. Bu verilere geliştirici dahil kimse erişemez.
Konum bilgisi
Fotoğraflarında kayıtlı konum varsa Palet, bunu semt ve şehir adına çevirmek için yaklaşık konumu (yaklaşık 1 km hassasiyetle) Apple'ın harita servisine gönderir. Bu istek doğrudan Apple'a gider, geliştiriciye ulaşmaz. Uygulamadaki "Yerleri göster" seçeneğini kapatarak bunu tamamen durdurabilirsin.
iCloud
"iCloud'daki fotoğrafları da tara" seçeneğini açarsan, telefonda bulunmayan fotoğrafların küçük önizlemeleri iOS tarafından iCloud'dan indirilir. Bu işlem Apple'ın altyapısıyla yapılır ve varsayılan olarak kapalıdır.
Bildirimler
İzin verirsen Palet ara sıra hatırlatma gönderir (örneğin çöp kutunda bekleyen fotoğraflar ya da azalan depolama alanı için). Bu bildirimler tamamen telefonunda hazırlanır ve kurulur; hiçbir sunucu kullanılmaz. Ayarlar'dan istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.
Satın alımlar
Palet Pro satın alımları ve abonelikler Apple üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerin Apple'da kalır; Palet bu bilgileri görmez ve saklamaz. Uygulama yalnızca Apple'dan Pro'nun açık olup olmadığını öğrenir.
Silme ve gizleme
Palet hiçbir fotoğrafı senin onayın olmadan silmez. Her silme işleminde iOS'un kendi onay penceresi çıkar. Silinen fotoğraflar 30 gün boyunca Fotoğraflar uygulamasındaki "Son Silinenler" albümünde kalır ve oradan geri alınabilir.
Üçüncü taraflar
Palet; reklam, analitik, hata raporlama ya da takip amaçlı hiçbir üçüncü taraf hizmeti kullanmaz.
Bize yazdığında
Destek için e-posta gönderirsen, adresini ve mesajını yalnızca sana cevap vermek için kullanırız; başka bir amaçla kullanmaz ve kimseyle paylaşmayız.
Çocuklar
Palet kişisel veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da veri toplamaz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenirse yeni sürüm bu sayfada ve uygulama içinde tarihiyle birlikte yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy
Photo access
Palet accesses your library through iOS's photo permission. This access is used to sort photos by color, content and similarity, build collections, and — only with your confirmation — delete, hide or create albums. You can change or revoke it any time in iOS Settings › Palet › Photos.
On-device analysis
Color palettes, object recognition, similarity, sharpness, aesthetic scores and reading text in screenshots are all done on your phone using Apple's on-device technologies. Results are stored only in the app's own folder and are fully removed when you delete the app. No one, including the developer, can access this data.
Location
If your photos contain location data, Palet sends an approximate location (about 1 km precision) to Apple's maps service to turn it into a neighborhood and city name. This request goes directly to Apple and never reaches the developer. You can turn it off entirely with the "Show places" option in the app.
iCloud
If you turn on "Also scan photos in iCloud", iOS downloads small previews of photos that aren't on your phone from iCloud. This happens through Apple's infrastructure and is off by default.
Notifications
If you allow it, Palet occasionally sends reminders (for example about photos waiting in your trash or low storage). These are prepared and scheduled entirely on your phone; no server is involved. You can turn them off any time in Settings.
Purchases
Palet Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Your payment details stay with Apple; Palet never sees or stores them. The app only learns from Apple whether Pro is active.
Deleting and hiding
Palet never deletes a photo without your confirmation. Every deletion shows iOS's own confirmation dialog. Deleted photos stay in the "Recently Deleted" album in the Photos app for 30 days and can be restored from there.
Third parties
Palet uses no third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking.
When you contact us
If you email us for support, we use your address and message only to reply to you. We don't use them for anything else or share them with anyone.
Children
Since Palet collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page and in the app, with its date.
